How it works

  • 1. Return Your Garments

    Once your little one has outgrown their pieces, contact us here to receive return instructions.

  • 2. Condition Guidelines

    We accept garments that are:

    • Gently worn
    • Clean and freshly laundered
    • Free from significant stains or damage

  • 3. Sorting & Redistribution

    Returned items are carefully inspected. Pieces in a great condition are prepared for donation to registered charities, women’s shelters and family support organisations.
Note: If an item is unsuitable for donation, we aim to redirect it responsibly wherever possible to minimise waste.
