Australian Deliveries

  • Please allow 1-3 business days* for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. During sale periods, allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
  • All Australian orders are sent via Aus Post.
  • Free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $100.
  • For all Australian orders placed under $100, we offer standard shipping of $10.00 or express shipping of $15.00.
  • Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • Signature is required on delivery.
  • Authorisation to leave can be requested through Aus Post. However, Aus Post reserves the right to not leave the parcel.
  • Wildborn is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to hospitals.

International Deliveries

  • Flat rate shipping to New Zealand of $25.00 (excluding customs duties/tax).
  • Flat rate shipping to Europe, UK, Asia, Canada and the US of $38.00 (excluding customs duties/tax) (full list of countries eligible for shipping to Europe and Asia below).
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. During sale periods, allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. Orders are shipped via DHL couriers.
  • Depending on the destination some International orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee payable by the receiver. Please be mindful of this if purchasing as a gift.
  • Customers are responsible for any importing taxes or duties that are applied to your order. We would recommend contacting your local DHL service to confirm the duties and taxes specific to your area. As most countries do charge duty and tax fees on all orders regardless of the amount. It is best to get in touch directly with DHL to confirm.
  • Customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customers. If a parcel is refused at customs due to duties & taxes fees, your order will be destroyed by customs and a refund will not be provided.
  • We cannot mark international orders as a gift or lower value in attempt to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
